If you purchase a membership or subscription:
- Access to members-only worksheets and content begins immediately
- Membership fees are non-refundable once access has been provided
You may cancel your membership at any time:
- Membership provide access to digital content during the active subscription period
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation stops future renewals
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider a refund at our discretion if:
- You were charged in error
- You experienced a genuine technical issue that prevented access
- Duplicate payments were made
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and include:
