These terms apply when you use this website, create an account, buy a practice pack or join the membership. By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Licence and Permitted Use
All worksheets, practice packs and other materials on this website are protected by copyright and belong to nocapmath. When you buy a practice pack or join the membership, you’re buying a licence to use the materials, not the copyright.
Practice Packs: You may download, print and copy the materials for use with your own children, your own learning, or, if you’re a teacher or tutor, your own students.
Monthly Algebra Membership: Your membership is for use within one household. Your login is personal and must not be shared.
You may not:
- share, send, upload or resell the files, including on websites, shared drives or social media.
- share your account or login details
- use the materials across a whole school, organisation or tutoring business without permission
Schools, tutoring businesses or agencies wanting wider use should contact us about a group licence.
Digital Content
All products on this website are digital content, available immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree that access starts straight away and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access is provided or a download begins. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty or not as described. See our Refund Policy for details.
Your Account
You need an account to buy products, join the membership and access downloads. Please give accurate details when you register.
You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Practice packs you buy separately are a one-off purchase. They stay in your account with no download limit or expiry, for as long as the website operates. We recommend saving a copy of your files.
Monthly Algebra Membership is a monthly subscription. Member content is available only while your subscription is active. When your subscription ends, access to member content ends too.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing files or login details.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with anything, please contact us first. We’ll do our best to sort it out quickly and fairly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you may also have rights under the laws of your country that these terms do not affect.
Where We Sell
We sell our products and memberships to customers worldwide, except to consumers resident in the European Union (EU).
By placing an order or joining as a member, you confirm that you are not resident in an EU country.
If we find that an order or membership has been placed by an EU resident, we may cancel it and, where appropriate, refund the payment.
Who Can Buy
You must be 18 or over to create an account, buy a practice pack or join the membership. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must make the purchase for you.
Membership Access
Some content is available only to members. While your membership is active, you can access the worksheet library, including new worksheets as they’re added, and the selected practice packs included with membership. Content may be updated or expanded over time.
Included practice packs you check out at £0.00 while a member stay in your account after your membership ends. The worksheet library is available only while your membership is active.
Membership is linked to the account holder and isn’t transferable.
Membership Renewal
The Monthly Algebra Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payment is taken from the card you used to join. If a renewal payment fails, your membership access may be paused until payment is made.
If we change the membership price, we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before the change, and you can cancel before it applies.
Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel your monthly membership at any time from your membership account page, or by contacting us. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After this date, you will not be charged again and access to paid membership resources will end. Cancelling does not automatically provide a refund for payments already made.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We’re not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
Payment is taken when you place your order or start your membership, and is processed securely by Stripe. We accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Onelink.
If you pay from outside the UK, your bank may charge currency conversion or overseas transaction fees. These are set by your bank, not by us.
If we make an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Educational Purpose
All materials are designed to support learning and understanding. They are not a substitute for formal classroom teaching or professional educational assessment, and they are not endorsed by any exam board.
Learning outcomes may vary depending on individual use. If you spot an error in a worksheet, please let us know and we’ll correct it.
Website Availability
We aim to keep the website accessible and updated, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We may pause access for maintenance or updates.
Content, structure or availability may change without notice. This won’t affect practice packs you’ve already bought.
Limitation of Liability
We take care to make sure our materials are accurate and useful, but learning results depend on how they’re used, and we can’t guarantee any particular academic outcome. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t reasonably foreseeable, or that result from misuse of the materials.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Changes won’t affect orders you’ve already placed. If we make important changes that affect members, we’ll tell you by email before they apply.
